2. Products and Prices

All prices displayed on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all taxes. Colours of products may appear slightly different depending on your display screen and calibration. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product listing errors, and we will inform you promptly if any correction affects your order.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only when our team confirms it with you. Every dress is made to your measurements, which our team takes by WhatsApp or phone after you place your order. Production begins after your measurements are confirmed.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partner, and we do not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI details. For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you to confirm the order before production begins, and we reserve the right to cancel any order we are unable to confirm.

5. Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

6. Intellectual Property

All images, garment designs, text, graphics, and the tripal-A logo on this site are the exclusive property of tripal-A and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tripal-A shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for delivery delays caused by courier services or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
