How your order is made
Each dress is made to your measurements. After you place your order, our team will contact you on WhatsApp or phone to take your measurements. Production begins after your measurements are confirmed.
Dispatch and delivery time
Our team will share the dispatch and delivery timeline for your order when your measurements are confirmed. Delivery time also depends on your location.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details with you on WhatsApp or email.
Prices and charges
All prices are inclusive of all taxes. Any shipping charge, if applicable, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment methods
You can pay online (UPI, cards, net banking or wallets) through our secure payment partner, or choose Cash on Delivery. For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will contact you to confirm the order before production begins.
